There are easy ways to get around the spammers and phishers on Myspace. I had a facebook account. It was lame because not very many people have a Facebook account, Whereas on Myspace I have reconnected with old classmates, friends from the past, and family members I lost touch with over the years. What does it matter about who looks at your profile? If you don’t want people to look at it, just set your preferences to private or just simply block certain users. The crazy backgrounds you can use to decorate your page is limitless.

Facebook is much safer than myspace, you have complete control in who you want to see ure profile/other things. And facebook works with applications, which u add onto your page. there are a ton of applications like boombox (has a list of ure favorite music which you/others can listen to), games, photos, videos, events (if ure having a birthday party u can use it to invite ure friends tell the time, date, place etc.) i mean theres so much on it. there is no spam or phishers but the applications do have ads, which arent a big deal. i mean what ive said barely cuts it, so just check it out, you wont regret it.
