Does The World Trade Organization (wto) Favour Certain Groups Over Others?

I’m writing a paper on the WTO, and any insight will be helpful.
Thanks

According to the Agreement on the World Trade organization, least developed countries have a more favorable (or should have) treatment. Because it’s one of the purposes of the WTO the increasing development of countries, job, sustainable development, among other things. The WTO is looking with more attention to least developed countries.
    Agreement establishing the WTO
“Recognizing further that there is need for positive efforts designed to ensure that developing countries, and especially the least developed among them, secure a share in the growth in international trade commensurate with the needs of their economic development”
So I would see that the WTO with a view of increasing global development, and jobs, it will give special attention to least developed countries. You can see also in the DSU understanding.
