It inhibits fair trade. Be careful and research carefully. We get a very slanted pro US view in our news. American or rich countries benefit because we “rape” 3rd world countries for their resources and cheap labor. Free trade isn’t fair. I wish every American could travel to another country and have a good understanding of how their country is and how does the US look to them. I saw a T.V show that interviewed from North Koreans. They thought it was the best country in the world. We all know its not. I’m not saying that the U.S is that bad. If the WTO is such a great organization then why is there large protests every time they meet?
