   The benefit of China:
   1.have the chance to compete in the world market
   2.bring the chance of getting the capital, technology,management methods to China.
   3.Chinese customer have better chance to buy cheaper imported goods dut to the decrease of tariff
   The risk of China
   1. some fragile local companies lost the protective umbrella
   2. the risk of oversee capital dominate the Chinese economy
   3. the risk of trade gap (although now it is not happend)
   The benefit of other countries
   1. The huge market which owing 1.3 billion people and still highly increasing purchasing power.
   2. a good investing place, because the cheap larbor price, huge market, and technology talents.
   The risks of other countries
   1. the cheaper products due to the cheap larbor price shock the local companies.
   2. the risk of trade gap (especially for developed countries which having high larbor cost)
   And I don’t think this is a question of who can win, if they are not the mutual benefit, no one will cooperate. So, I guess for world and for China , they are both are winner.

   China’s been part of the WTO for years. they’ve just never been required to follow the rules
