		<description>The WTO was originally setup in 1995 and came out of the GATT (General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs).  It now has a number of other agreements that have been added to create the &quot;rules of the system.&quot;  Each of these deals with some aspect of trade.  For instance, TRIPS deals with Intellectual Property and GATS deals with Services.  If you want more general information on the WTO--check Wikipedia.  You can learn everything you can possibly want from www.wto.org
